Hexus.tv broadcasted the second half of their Crysis video. It is about an interview of Sebastian Spatzek, the Quality Assurance and Community Manager telling us that the 3D engine, the sounds and the physics have been developped entirely by Crytek and are part of the CryEngine 2. He adds that, according to him, an average computer should not be a problem to run well the game. At least, it is the objective they try to reach. But we know that it was the case for Far Cry : with an computer not too old, you play in 1024*768 with average details without making the fps rate dying. He also announce that the physic engine is widely used for the gameplay and in the multiplayer part. So, yes, you will be abble to make a house collaspe on a poor mercenary hidden in it.
