Ah i forgot one thing: i cannot be present friday if we have a meeting ( cinema for all the family ), but on saturday it's ok. If i cannot be here when composing the team, put me rather in def.

Hi guys

Slode and Neimad were keen to check out the DFG Battleground server to see if it was up to the job for our game on Sunday. We are gonna run it Friday night between 17:30 GMT and 19:00 GMT. We wll make it a little different to the normal CRO offering and run some standard Assult maps. There will be 14 public slots avalible come join if you want.

I saw Doglin yesterday, he said he planned to open it a bit later. But anyway, he will open it today, so we can test our ping. Check slode's mail

Ooops. Sry guys I had the DFG server down for 19:30 to 21:00 GMT on Friday. It actually ran till about 21:15 or so. There were 8 - 10 players at one stage and I know some RH joined (Slode, Slode jnr, Venom and Eidosplan). We will run again 18:00 to 20:00 GMT today (Saturday). Any feed back from those that joined it yesturday would be appreciated.

Depending on how u guys feel we can bin it in favour of one of yours. I'd actually quite like to see how it holds up in a match so I was thinking we could try it during the first part of the warm-up. If all are happy we stick with it but if not switch to another. Just like a party it's no good unless everyone is having fun

Hi legit. nice for me too today; only a little prob: server was frozen, i see other players moving slowly for 1 or 2 mn, then disconnected, and unable to join again, server not on the online list ( 19H40 eur time ).

Yeh......thanks guys. We all got booted I think a little temperature problem which I fixed with an extra big fan. No probs once we restarted played for 1 1/2 hrs. Had half of BOSS and some of the rest of the world. We were ok when there was only 10 but the more that joined the higher the ping for everyone. Although numbers weren't that high 250 ish, they did jump up and down a bit. Processor was just ticking over and with a gig of corsair memory I'd have to put it down to our naff UK uplink speeds circa 212kb per sec (down loads whatever u want but thats not what u need when u host). Don't think it will manage 14 so if you guys have a viable server I recon we should go straight in with that. If thats ok with u, can you e-mail Doglin a match password please.

Ok ok ; for my part, i was with DOGLIN and LEGIT this afternoon, it was ok on DFG server, with 160/180 ping ; we were only 3 humans ( and a bunch of bots, what scores lol ), so we'll have to see what's going on with 14 players.

Hope the same good conditions 'll be on our side this evening. Let's pray, brothers.....
