u have to upload it on the net (in the screenshots section of the forum, there is a file with a complete list of servers). How big is your file ?

idk but when i tried to upload it said wrong file,what now?

wow, 167mb is pretty large. Are there servers providing ppl to put files of 167mb on the net??

In windows movie maker, import your file, and then :

file menu -> save as AVI file

there, choose your quality (make tests to see which one gives you the best quality for an acceptable size).
Upload it, and thats all^^
